Nozzles offer convincing advantages in the rational use of tubular bag packings in guns. Neither contaminations of the gun nozzles nor material discharge no longer pose any problems. Both the nozzles and the ejection pistons fit on all types of guns and are re-usable. Our nozzles are designed for a long durability.
The ejection pistons were especially developed with an extendible displacement head. This head prevents jamming of the tubular bag film. The high residual discharge of the bags thanks to an optimum piston geometry saves considerable costs and guarantees a clean processing without any runs. A long life is guaranteed thanks to the particularly stable form of the ejection pistons. The combined use of our nozzles and ejection pistons guarantees a cost-optimised, user-friendly processing of tubular bags. |
